The former Seaside High and Monterey Peninsula College basketball standout has appeared in 12 of the Pacific Oregon University men's basketball teams 14 games this winter.
Evans has made the most of his limited minutes, averaging 2.1 points and 2.1 rebounds a game for the Boxers, compiling 11 assists in 79 minutes.
The 6-foot-2 junior guard helped MPC to its best season in 15 years last year and ignited Seaside to a league title in 2014, averaging nearly 17 points a game.
