Eight starts into her first collegiate volleyball season and Nikki DeSerpa is closing in on 100 kills for Marist University.
The 5-foot-11 outside hitter has 92 kills for Marist, leading the team in kills per set at 2.36. She also leads the team in service aces with 13, helping them get off to a 2-0 conference start.
DeSerpa, who led Notre Dame to a Central Coast Section Division V title and into the State Northern California finals last year, also has 29 digs and 11 blocks for the Red Fox.
