Former Seaside High and MPC linemen Jonathan Tuiolosega is beginning his final season of college football, having compiled six tackles in the University of Texas-San Antonio’s first three games.
The 6-foot-2, 275-pound defensive end recorded four tackles in the teams last game against Arizona State, including one for a loss. Tuiolosega also has a quarterback hurry to his credit.
Last year Tuiolosega recorded 29 tackles, a sack and a fumble recovery in 11 games for Texas-San Antonio, starting seven games. A former state wrestler at Seaside, Tuiolosega earned all-league honors at Seaside and all-conference honors at MPC.
