 The lack of depth and size on the roster will likely see Sanchez go both ways in the trenches this fall for Gonzales.
 A two-year starter on defense for the Spartans, the senior averaged six tackles a game and recovered three fumbles last season. Sanchez can also make an imprint on the offensive line.
