A two-year starter at quarterback, Garnica made opponents respect the Trojans passing game last fall, throwing for over 800 yards, helping the team go 4-2 in the Pacific Division.
The senior tossed 10 touchdown passes in the Pacific Division, throwing just one interception in his final seven games. Garnica could also see time as a defensive back this season.
