CSUMB baseball

Five of the Otters final seven conference games will be on the road as the nationally ranked squad looks to build momentum going into the postseason.
 CSUMB won two of three last weekend over UC San Diego to improve to 28-14 overall, four wins shy of last year's total of 32.
 Hayden Duer moved to within one home run of tying the single-season school record of 10, set last year by teammate Kevin Davidson, who has eight this spring.
 Three players have driven in 30 or more runs this year, including Davidson (39) Justin Flores (38), and Duer (31).
 Six starters are hitting over .300 for the Otters, including Bryan Bostjancic's team leading. 352. Will Rosado has scored a team leading 40 runs.
 Gabe Katich has a team leading five wins for the Otters with a 2.27 earned run average, striking out 54 in 67 innings of work
