All nine of the Warriors wins this season came in the Coastal Athletic League. Meaning they were 0-8 outside league play.
Of course, Trinity played a preseason schedule that included just one Division V team. Battle tested was the objective. It worked in propelling Trinity to a CAL title.
No comes the postseason, where it will face a St. Thomas More squad that was 14-0 in the Private School South League and 18-6 overall.
The Knights have been an offensive juggernaut, scoring 70 or more points 13 times this year, behind William Worley, who averaged over 21 points a game.
Trinity has its own offensive demon in Jamez Booker, who should be the CAL MVP. It doesn't hurt having Ruben DeAnda and Tyler Swedeberg as options.
