Orlando Johnson

A return to the NBA could be brief.
Orlando Johnson is on a 10-day contract with the Phoenix Suns.
What's important is the Palma High grad is back in the NBA after nearly a two year absence.
The 6-foot-5 Johnson has paid his dues in the NBA's Developmental League.
At the time of his call up, he was leading the Austin Spurs in scoring at 15.8, earning an invitational to the D-League all star game.
Forgive Johnson if he won't be able to attend the game.
Where Johnson has improved significantly this year is with his 3-point shooting, hitting 48.6 percent from behind the arc. In fact, he was invited to compete in the D-League 3-point shooting contest.
Johnson needed to improve his outside shooting to get back into the NBA. He'll be used on the wing in the Suns attack.
Drafted by the Sacramento Kings in the second round in 2012, the 26-year-old Johnson was traded to the Indiana Pacers, where he spent nearly two full seasons before being released.
The Suns are 14-37 and sit 32 games behind the NBA champions Golden State Warriors.
