Senior first baseman Nick Halamandaris is off to the best start of his collegiate career at Cal, hitting a team high .462 through the teams first three games.
Halamandaris, a Stevenson graduate, has driven in five runs for the Bears. Three of his six hits have gone for extra bases. He’s also been flawless in the field.
Halamandaris was drafted out of high school four years ago in the eighth round by Seattle.
