The former Carmel High three-sport standout finished his rookie season for the Miami Dolphins with 13 field goals and 33 extra points, leading the team in points with 72.
Frank connected on 81.3 percent of his field goal attempts for Miami, with all three misses this year coming from beyond 45 yards.
He connected on 91.3 percent of his extra points and sent nearly every kickoff deep into the end zone for Miami.
Franks, who set numerous school kicking records at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York, was an undrafted free agent.
