Notre Dame (16-2) at San Benito (14-3), 6:30 p.m.
 All the pop quizzes were established during non-league play.
 Now comes an early mid-term as the two heavyweights get reacquainted tonight in Hollister.
 Both the defending CCS Division V champion Spirits and San Benito made early season statements with their efforts on the court in the preseason.
 Notre Dame's only setbacks all fall have come from state ranked Presentation and nationally ranked St. Francis. Two of the Balers losses came in best-of-three tournaments.
 With junior Julia Scattini solidifying the setters role, the Spirits are running five different hitters at opponents, including Nikki DeSerpa, who has 170 kills this fall.
 Kate Lathos has stepped up in the front row while Adeline Laughton has been a menace inside for Notre Dame, as has Mikeila Banda in the back row.
 The Balers come at you with state meet track star Marissa Villegas, who leads the team in kills and digs. Teammate Lauren Sabbatini also has over 100 kills.
 The two teams have split their head-to-head battles in each of the last four years, with each winning on their home floor the last three years.
