Greenfield (1-6) vs. Marina (2-5) at Pacific Grove, 7:30 p.m.
While I wouldn't call it a neutral site, the Mariners are using their third different facility this year to call home.
Despite dropping its sixth straight game, Greenfield produced a season high 28 points in a setback at Carmel last week. Defensively, though, it has given up 96 points in its last two games.
Since erupting for a school record 57 points on Sept. 25, Marina has mustered just 40 points during a four game losing streak.
Two of the more underrated players in the MTAL will be in the spotlight in the Mariners EJ Jennings and Greenfield's Anthony Leon.
Greenfield is looking to snap a 13 game road losing streak that dates back to Oct. 19, 2012. Last year the Bruins defeated Marina 9-6 in the rain in south county.
