 When you look at the whole picture, this wasn't as big of a gamble as it seemed.

Seaside has two Central Coast Section divisional titles on its resume. However, here's betting this was one of the programs biggest wins ever.
 This wasn't just another game.
 It was Monterey, where pride goes back five decades between these two rivals.
 Emotions run deep.
