Jensen, 24; has appeared in 22 games this year, recording 29 strikeouts in 32 1/3 innings for a career low 2.33 earned run average. He's also yet to commit an error in the field.
In four seasons in the Cubs minor league system, the hard-throwing right-hander is 20-11 with a 3.08 earned run average, recording 211 strikeouts in 237 innings.
Moved to the bullpen as a setup man after arm surgery in 2012, Jensen has recorded 92 strikeouts in 92 1/3 innings in the last two seasons.
