How good is Bishop Gorman? Well it was 16-0 coming into that game.
St. Francis, who has four players from Monterey County on its roster, knocked out UNLV bound pitcher Chase Maddux, whose dad is Hall of Famer Greg Maddux.
Among those county athletes propelling St. Francis to a 13-3 start this spring are Nick and Andrew Ciandro, Peter Balestreri and Shaid Valenzuela.
