Seaside-Monterey softball

 These long time rivals haven't been in the same league now for three years.
 The equity league has seen Seaside or Monterey dominate the Pacific Division, while the other has struggled in the Gabilan.
 It's Monterey's turn in the Gabilan Division this spring after capturing the Pacific last year.
 The Dores do have one of the more dangerous hitters in the section in junior slugger Gina Bruno, along with Ashley Brady and Jada Williams.

 Seaside will be a factor in the Pacific Division behind junior Malia Usrey, who has led the team in hitting in each of her first two years.
 Shortstop Marielle Tuazon should be back in the lineup after missing her sophomore year with a torn knee, providing stability in the infield, and another potent bat.
