Four of the last five Central Coast Section Division I titles have been won by either the Wildcatz or Alisal.
Between them, the two soccer powers are a combined 25-1-8 this winter.
The sequel is tonight. This time it's at Alisal, where it will look for a measure of redemption after falling 3-2 to Watsonville on Jan. 20.
Since the loss, the defending Gabilan Division champion Trojans defense has solidified themselves, allowing three goals in their last five games.
Offensively, David Tapia has had a goal in four of the Trojans last five games while Santiago Morales is coming off a three assist effort.
Watsonville's defense has been filthy good this year with 13 shutouts in 17 games. It has not allowed a goal in its last four games.
Only two teams have scored more than one goal off Watsonville -- one being Alisal.
