Having wrapped up the programs first league title in nine years, the Vikings can become the school's first team to complete an unbeaten league season today at Monte Vista.
Since losing its first three non-league games by a combined score of 14-2, North Salinas has held its last 12 opponents to 13 total goals.
During its run at perfection in the Pacific Division, North Salinas has outscored 10 opponents 23-9, including a 3-0 shutout of Monte Vista in the teams first meeting on Jan. 23.
A scoring by committee approach has seen Dennise Torres-Alfaro and Maria Zaragoza combine for 17 goals for the Vikings while Daisy Ruiz has been a distributor, leading the team in assists.
