North County-North Salinas boys hoops

It's more than just playing the role of spoiler tonight for North Salinas.
The Vikings need a win to keep their flickering playoff hopes alive when they host Pacific Division leader North County.
If North Salinas can run the table and win its final two games, it would finish .500 in league, which would enable them to petition for a Division I playoff spot.
A loss would all but cripple their postseason hopes.
No simple task in facing a Condors squad that has rattled off nine straight wins, including a 19-point win over North Salinas on Jan. 21.
The Vikings have got to find a way to neutralize high scoring guard Jordan Graves, who is tearing up league play, and 6-foot-3 sophomore Jeremy Heitzman.
Joshuah Torres, who had 23 points in a recent game, is averaging nearly 11 points a game in league  play for North Salinas.
