MPC-Hartnell men's hoops

The ONE number these two rivals have in common is 78.
That's the winning score in two previous meetings this winter between Hartnell and the Lobos, who meet tonight in a conference game in Salinas.
The two county rivals have split their first two battles this year.
While the Panthers have struggled overall this year at 4-13, MPC is still clinging to its postseason hopes at 7-9. But it's starting to run out of games.
Monterey High grad Stephen Dorsey has been a contributor on both ends of the court for the Lobos, averaging 11.8 points and 6. 2 rebounds a game.
Teammates Isaac Clark (14.4) and Will Burkett (12.5) are also producing double digits in the scoring column.
Hartnell is trying to snap a four-game losing streak. San Benito product Hyram Miskin leads the team in scoring at 13.8 points while Chase Ealy is dropping in 12.2.
Three of the Panthers' four wins this year have come at home. The lone road win was against MPC in a tournament.
