Palma will be a clear favorite at the start but they will have to put in the work.
Actually I think San Benito may be #2 - Clark returns at QB and they have some skill players and always reload on defense.
Monterey should be #3 or 2, but they may be a tad less as good as this year.
Salinas is probably #4. They may be a little down from this year and need to reload at QB. Will be in up cycle in a couple years though with the sophs they will have next season.
For at least top 4.
