West Hills-Hartnell football

Saturday's game
West Hills (9-0) vs. Hartnell (8-1) at Rabobank, 6 p.m.
Two of the highest scoring teams in the state could engage in a shootout on a fast surface.
West Hills is one of two teams left in the state still undefeated this year, having already clinched no worse than a share of the conference title and a bowl bid.
Quarterback Freddy Taliulu has thrown for over 2,100 yards and 27 touchdowns for West Hills, with just six picks in 218 attempts.
Hartnell's defense has forced 22 turnovers this year with 14 interceptions, seven from Nias Martin. Robert Mosley has accounted for 10 sacks.
A common opponent is Reedley, who West Hills beat by five points. Hartnell defeated Reedley on the road last week by four points.
Tailback  Sherrod Hawkes is over 1,000 yards rushing for the Panthers while Ronnie Turner has 731 receiving yards, averaging 20.2 yards a catch. A third of his receptions have gone for TD's.
Michael Turner has thrown for 2,138 yards and 23 touchdowns for Hartnell, and has another 305 yards on the ground.
Eight different receivers have caught touchdown passes from Turner this year, including Brandon Neverdon, who grabbed a game-winning 56-yard scoring strike last week.
Hartnell has lost just one game since moving to Rabobank Stadium.
