North Salinas (18-2) vs. Los Gatos (15-0) at Leland High, San Jose, 2:45 p.m.
 Fresh off the program's first ever postseason win, the Vikings now find perennial section power and nine-time CCS champion Los Gatos in their path.
 CCS finalists last fall, the Wildcats are undefeated this year at 15-0, having outscored the opposition 133-1. North Salinas isn't far behind, having outscored opponents 133-11.
 Four of those goals given up came against Los Gatos on Sept. 17 in a 4-0 loss. North Salinas hasn't lost since, rattling off 14 straight wins, including Thursday's 2-0 win over St. Ignatius.
 Backed by a dominating defense, goalie Sofia Cuentas has recorded 15 shutouts this year for the Vikings.
 Jocelyn Guerrero has produced 36 goals this year for North Salinas while Elizabeth Alcala has 27 goals and 19 assists. Alyssa Labrador has 24 goals and Jisel Ruelas has 20 assists.
