King City-Soledad football

Friday's game
King City (3-2) at Soledad (2-3), 7:30 p.m.
If either of these teams have playoff thoughts dancing in their heads, this is a playoff type game, a must win to keep those thoughts flickering.
The Mustangs have rattled off three straight wins since inserting quarterback Jacob Flores behind center. Two of those wins were the come-from-behind variety.
The concern for King City is who has it played? The combined record of the three opponents it has beaten is 1-15.
The combined record of the three teams Soledad has fallen to is 15-3.
After scoring just 53 points in their first four games, the Aztecs erupted for 49 last week. In both  wins, Enrique Pacheco has rushed for over 100 yards.
King City's Dominic Rose has 548 yards on 31 catches this year. Three of his five touchdowns have been of 40 yards or longer.
