Pajaro Valley (1-1) vs. Marina (0-2) at MPC, 7:30 p.m.
The Grizzlies have yet to allow a point in the first half this year while Marina is looking for its first points of the year.
John Mason has back-to-back 100 yard plus rushing efforts for Pajaro, who shutout Greenfield 26-0 last week.
Marina's defense has spent a long time on the field in its first two games. It hadn't been shutout in two straight games since 2011.
With neither team showing a desire to throw the ball, eliminating penalties is critical in establishing the ground game and melting the clock.
