Pajaro Valley (0-1) at Greenfield (0-1), 7:30 p.m.
The Bruins have restored the ground game, chalking up over 300 yards last weekend in a loss to St. Francis Catholic.
Yet, for the fifth time in its last 11 games dating back to last year, Greenfield failed to hold a lead, giving up 14 points in the fourth quarter in a seven-point loss to St. Francis.
Greenfield's defense gave up 278 yards through the air last week. The Grizzlies put the ball in the air three times in their loss to Santa Cruz last week.
Pajaro Valley held a 13-0 lead last week before being outscored 28-6. John Mason chalked up over 100 yards rushing for the Grizzlies as did Greenfield's Gerardo Salas and Anthony Leon.
The two teams are 1-1-1 in their last three meetings.
