Solid summer for Jack Ross

 Jack Ross tore up pitching in the Northwoods Summer Collegiate League, hitting a team high .361 for the Wilmar Stingers, finishing third overall in the league.

 Ross, a Palma product, who will be a sophomore outfielder at Pepperdine this fall, finished second on the Stingers in runs scored with 39, despite playing in just 41 of the teams 72 games.
The switch hitter was third on the team in hits (52), stole 12 bases and hit four homers, driving in 30 runs. Ross was a part of Palma’s Gabilan Division title team in 2013.
