Daniel Farfan

The Soledad junior hurler does not have a torn rotator cuff as first feared.
An MRI confirmed that there is no damage to his right arm.
Farfan came off the field in discomfort against Stevenson last week. The initial report was a rotator cuff injury. An MRI showed no tears.
Soledad coach Damien Ryan said doctors believe what Farfan felt might have been a pinched nerve.
Farfan is 4-1 and among the county leaders in strikeouts and shutouts.
He's also the Aztecs team leader in hits and runs batted in. Soledad doesn't return to league play until April 29.
