Say goodbye to the Coast Conference for football.
Realignment of the conferences in Northern California has split them into two divisions, creating the American Division and the National Division.
Hartnell and Monterey Peninsula College will be in the American Division's Golden Coast League, which will include Cabrillo, Gavilan, Merced, Reedley and West Hills.
The champions of the Golden Coast League and the Pacific 7 League will meet in the Living Breath Foundation Bowl.
West Valley has dropped football.
There will also be a minimum 10 second run off rule enforced after each play this fall.
