San Jose City-Hartnell football

Saturday's game
San Jose City (3-4) vs. Hartnell (5-2) at Rabobank Stadium, 6 p.m.
The Panthers are the highest scoring team in the Coast Conference at 35.2 points a game while San Jose City is among the lowest in the state at 19.2.
Nevertheless, both teams are undefeated in the Coast Conference.
After an 0-4 start, the Jaguars have rattled off three straight, rallying last week for a 27-26 win over Gavilan.
It's no secret who the Panthers have to stop. Quarterback Brodrick Thomas has thrown for over 1,000 yards and leads San Jose in rushing with nearly 500 yards.
De'Andre Mann continues to lead the state in rushing, having gone over 1,000 yards last week for the Panthers. Mann also broke the all-time touchdown record at Hartnell with his 34th.
Da'Quan Smith and Anthony Cannon have combined for 52 catches for nearly 800 yards for Hartnell. Michael Turner has yet to throw a pick in 92 attempts as a backup quarterback.

San Jose has turned the ball over 15 times
