Title implications are on the line today when the two water polo powers meet at Santa Catalina.
Redemption for Monterey would mean a share of first place with Salinas, who beat them 11-4 in the teams first battle on Sept. 19.
Two of the leading goal scorers in the county will be in the water in the Toreadores Colleen Mayone (73) and Salinas sniper Sydney Clark (59)
Last year Mayone set a Monterey school record with 95 goals.
Clark has also been a demon on defense for Salinas with 137 steals while Monterey's Shannon Cry has 102 steals in the water.
