North County (0-7) vs. North Salinas (5-3) at Rabobank Stadium
Not since their inaugural season in 1978 have the Condors started a season 0-7. You have to wonder if five head coaches in six years has hurt the programs mark of stability.
The playoffs start this week for North Salinas, who must run the table to have a shot at a share of the league title and a possible playoff spot. It will need some help to get a share of the title.
Remember, only one team from the MBL's Pacific Division is a lock to make the playoffs, although I believe at least two will get in.
Three teams got in last year. But all three had at least eight overall wins. North Salinas does control its playoff fate, as it still has an upcoming game in Gilroy.
