King City (4-3) at Stevenson (4-2)
Both teams are still clinging to postseason hopes, although it's unlikely more than two teams from the MTAL will make the playoffs this year.
Defense has carried the Mustangs to a 3-1 MTAL start. Stevenson has dropped two straight after a 4-0 overall start.
A common opponent is Carmel, who put up 43 points against King City and 46 against Stevenson. Both teams have talented kickers in King City's Carlos Martinez and the Pirates Drew Miller.
Martinez kicked a game-winning 42-yard field goal last week.
King City is likely more worried about Miller as a tailback, as he has nearly 800 rushing yards this fall.
