 It was a tumultuous summer for the Sharks, who have chosen to play an independent schedule this season because of small numbers.
 For now that schedule includes Greenfield, who is coming off its first sub .500 season since 2005.
 Injuries depleted the Bruins last year, who lead at some point in every game last fall. As many as eight players could be starting on both sides of the ball on Friday.
 Last year Greenfield used a 24-yard touchdown run from quarterback Rudy Amezcua in the fourth quarter to take the lead for good in a 35-19 win.
