Players to watch tonight

Four players to keep an eye on at tonight's Salinas Jamboree include Salinas all-league defensive lineman Justin Pleasont. I don't know if one player can stop the 265-pound beast.
Don't let Alisal's Ricky Muniz's 5-foot-6, 130-pound frame fool you. Last year's leading rusher for Alisal is electric in the open field.
Kendrick Brown is a leader in Alvarez's revival. And he's tough to move at 280 pounds on the offensive line.
Linebacker Mario Gonzalez is the heart of the North Salinas defense, a run-stopping machine and a three year starter.

Four players to peek at during tonight's South County Jamboree in King City include the Mustangs  Dominic Rose, who drew double coverage in seven-on-seven drills over the summer.
I'm curious to see how Soledad tailback Jeremiah Murrillo looks after a knee injury kept him out of four games last year. He still piled up over 1,000 yards.
Another player coming off an injury is Greenfield linebacker David Vega. If he's healthy, the Bruins have a special core at linebacker.
I want to see Gonzales transfer Chrystain Harrigan with the ball in his hands.
