CCS baseball proposal

If the Central Coast Section agrees to have an Open Division in place for next year's baseball playoffs, it will eliminate Division I.
The proposal is that all 'A' league champions are placed in the Open. Anyone that opts up can be placed in the Open. The next highest point totals would be pushed into the Open.
 Had this been in place last year, Palma would have been the top seed.
 Other teams that would have been among the top 16 would have included San Benito, Gilroy, Pacific Grove and St. Francis Catholic.
