Bill Ashen

 The North Salinas girls volleyball coach was named an All-American for the fifth time after helping lead King Mountain Fog to a 60-over National Men's Volleyball title in Louisville, Kentucky.
 A 6-foot-4 middle blocker for the Fog, Ashen averaged 4.3 blocks per match and a handful of kills, compiling a .586 hitting percentage.
 Ashen has been a part of seven national championship age group volleyball teams for the Fog, who were 9-0 in the tournament.
