Chad Johnson won't be coming west to resurrect his NFL career.
Formerly known as Ochocinco, the receiver was sentenced to 30 days in jail during a plea bargain that was suppose to just give him probation.
When the judge asked Johnson if he was pleased with the sentence, he responded by slapping his lawyer in the butt.
According to TMZ, the move pissed off the lawyer, who took the offer off the table and gave him 30 days in jail.
Johnson was in court after allegedly slapping his wife in the face.
