Softball freshmen class

Has anyone noticed the amount of talent in this year's freshmen softball class?
Look no further than Seaside, where pitcher Kaitlyn Hernandez has the program chasing its first ever league title, while Malia Usrey is leading the team in hits.
The pair are two of five freshmen on the Spartans roster, which has quadrupled last year's entire win total in league play.
Santa Catalina has three freshmen propelling them to another MTAL title, including pitcher Tatumn Satow and slugger Marissa Bruno, who has 11 multiple hit games.
Stevenson pitcher Jensen Main has two no-hitters this year. Yes, that's the younger sister of Caroline Main, who took the Pirates to four straight league titles.
North Salinas freshman  Jordyn Enos has caught fire at the plate of late after an extended basketball season.
Monterey's Gina Bruno has become the ace of the staff and the teams leading hitter, while Alvarez has five freshmen changing the dynamics of that program, including Kylene Ball.

Wow, all those girls are incredible, but you're completely over looking what's going on in Pacific Grove. How about them Breakers who have beaten Seaside, Monterey, RLS twice and came the closest in the league to upsetting Catalina?!!! Lead by none other than freshman Abby Burnell who leads the team in hits, doubles, triples and home runs. Freshman Christina Lucido is also having an excellent year as the starting second baseman. Sophomore Victoria Harris and Juniors Reeve Grobecker and Vanessa Villarreal are also having tremendous years and will be back along with pitchers Cierra Pieroni and Brianna Harris next year so show our girls some love over here in Breaker land Mr. Devine!!!!!!!!!!!
