Where has this been all year?
 Notre Dame is not going to defend its league title.
 But it's clearly making an impact on who will down the stretch.
 With wins over Seaside and Christopher on the road, the Spirits have become the team no one wants to play.
 Since committing to the University of Oregon on a softball scholarship, Marisa Given has been on fire for Notre Dame while Kiera Paulo and Morgan Balestreri have rediscovered their shot.
 Yet, it goes back to what Notre Dame does best and that's play defense, having held Seaside to 35 points and league leading Christopher to 37.
