Two former local standouts expected to receive attention in this April's NFL draft include former Seaside defensive back Ty Powell and Palma kicker John Bonano.
Powell earned Division II second team All-American honors at Harding University as a defensive end, but spent most of his time at the Senior Bowl as an outside linebacker.
Bonano, who broke the University of Arizona record for consecutive extra points (75), has a strong leg that should get some attention.
