One of the reasons that Carmel is chasing a third straight Mission Trail Athletic League title is the emergence of freshman John Stivers.
The forward recorded a double-double with 27 points and 14 rebounds in Friday's win. Stivers is part of a retooling project that includes sophomore Connor Marden.
