After a record breaking 9-0 start to the season -- including a win over highly touted Davis, the Eagles have had trouble taking flight, having gone 1-5.
Only one of those losses was a nailbitter.
Part of the problem is opponents are shutting down 6-foot-7 center Mitchell Wood, who came into league play averaging nearly 20 points a night.
In his last two league games, Wood has been held to 11 and 12 points.
Someone else has got to step up for the Eagles, who will now face Seaside on Friday and former teammates Michael and Ronnie Turner.
