 This program had no business being left in the MBL's Upper Division. You can't base promise on the lower levels. It doesn't work. The Eagles haven't had a winning season in eight years.
 The Eagles gave up 41 or more points in a game eight times this year. They failed to score in the first quarter this year. They should be a lock to move down to the Pacific Division next fall. Grade: D.
