Boys hoops XXIV

Palma
UCLA bound Noah Allen makes Palma an instant CCS contender. Teams that man the Chieftains or attempt to guard Allen one-on-one will fail.
Still, while the 6-foot-6 four-year starter can put the Chieftains on his shoulders, he needs support for this team to take the next step this season.
And the parts are there with the return of two-year starting power forward Jack Powers and shooting guard Jack Tardieu, who led the team in 3-point goals last winter.
The development of sophomore Jack Burlison, who started as a freshman last year, gives Palma four returning starters. A deeper bench could capitulate them to unchartered waters.

I believe Powers is a 4 year starter as well...up as frosh and at least started in all the playoff games I saw. Palma is deep this year. Would be surprised if they run MBL Gab table...maybe Seaside gives them some trouble , but don't think they will.

Seaside will Give Palma all they want in league! We all know NorCalsportsfan is a Palma guy and should change his name to Palma fan!!! You already know what happened in Football . Noah will be tough to defend and will get his but player for player Seaside has more depth and is more talented. The two league games will be great battles and it wouldn't surprise me if they met in the playoffs to settle the score.. Give credit where credit is due and stop being one sided IF you are truly a NorCalsportsfan !!
