Pacific Grove (7-3) at Sacred Heart Prep (9-1), Saturday, 1 p.m.
Kevin Tesky went over 1,000 yards rushing for the Breakers, piling up over 200 yards for the second time in three weeks. He's rushed for 18 touchdowns this fall.
Eight of quarterback Luke Lowell's 11 touchdown passes have gone to Jordan Borne.
Since falling to Peninsula Bay League co-champion Terra Nova, the Gators have won four straight games, allowing one touchdown in the last 16 quarters.
Tailback Ryan Gaertner has rushed for over 100 yards in his last two games and is closing in on a 1,000 yard season for Sacred Heart Prep.
Gator quarterback Kevin Donahoe has been efficient, averaging 17.5 yards a completion, having tossed nine scoring strikes this fall.
Defense is the strength of this team. Sacred Heart has recorded six shutouts this year and has allowed 49 points all season -- 20 in one game.
Two years ago the Gators rallied from a 21-point deficit to beat Carmel 39-32 in the CCS Division IV title game.
