With Palma outfielder Jack Ross committing to Pepperdine, that makes three county athletes that will play baseball in the West Coast Conference in the spring of 2013.
Earlier this year, Palma teammate and hurler Cameron Neff committed to St. Mary's while Pacific Grove shortstop Kyle Czaplak is headed to Santa Clara University.
Ross' older sister Jessica, played basketball at Pepperdine for four years.
