Maurice Mann

The former Monterey High and MPC football and track and field standout will join Joe Kapp as the only athletes from Monterey County to take part in a Super Bowl and Grey Cup.
 Mann is a starting receiver for the Toronto Argonauts, who will face Calgary Sunday in the 100th Grey Cup at the Rogers Centre in Toronto.
 The 6-foot-2, 30-year-old Mann was on the Seattle Seahawks practice squad during Super Bowl XL in 2005.
 Kapp, a former Salinas High student, quarterbacked British Columbia to a Grey Cup title in 1963. He led the Minnesota Vikings to a Super Bowl appearance in 1969.
 Mann, a seven year veteran of the CFL, has eight catches for 118 yards and a touchdown during the postseason. He had seven catches for 101 yards and a touchdown in the teams regular season finale.
