Palma-Alvarez football

Palma (4-2) at Alvarez (0-6), Friday, 7:30 p.m.
If you haven't noticed, the Chieftains offense is starting to find themselves. During their current three-game winning streak, they have scored 22, 28 and 35 points.
Mitch Kidd has clearly given Palma's passing game a shot in the arm at quarterback. That in turn has triggered a resurgent ground game behind junior Brandon Olivares.
Time consuming drives have enabled the Chieftains defense to be much stronger in the second half, where the starting unit has allowed one touchdown in their last three games.
Alvarez is the third lowest scoring team in the southern section behind Marina and Santa Cruz. It has yet to score a point in the first quarter this year.

Palma needs to have both Olivares and Washington, at WR or slot in the game at the same time (That would be two great playmakers).
