 Over the last three years, the Padres have outscored Greenfield 171-30. In 2010, the 56-23 loss was the only setback the Bruins suffered before the playoffs.
 Carmel is averaging 48 points a game this fall - 54.5 in MTAL play. Sophomore quarterback Connor Marden has thrown for over 1,500 yards and 21 touchdowns for the Padres.
 The Padres starting defense has not allowed a touchdown in their last 12 quarters. Jack Clark has four interceptions in his last three games and a forced fumble.
